What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and a password hash. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email and a provider user ID. That's it for personally identifying information.

When you use the product we record what you follow (companies, agencies, industries) and your saved searches, so we can show them back to you and trigger alerts. We do not sell or share this data.

Public contract data

The federal contract awards displayed on Kora are sourced from public government datasets, including USAspending.gov, SAM.gov, and FPDS. This data is in the public domain. Kora indexes, organizes, and presents it. We are not the source of record.

Cookies and analytics

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which features get used. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not share data with ad networks.

Email

If you enable alerts or digest emails, we'll send you those. We will never send you marketing for third parties. You can disable email at any time from your settings.

Your data, your control

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. When you do, we permanently remove your follows, saved searches, saved contracts, and account information within 30 days. Public contract data is unaffected.
