What Kora is
Kora is an independent research tool that indexes publicly available federal contract data. It is not affiliated with the U.S. government or any federal agency.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kora to scrape the platform, attempt to break into other accounts, or republish our data product as your own. Public source data is fair game; the indexed product is not.
Plans and billing
Free is free. Pro and Founder are paid plans, billed monthly or annually. You can cancel any time and you keep access through the end of your billing period. We don't issue refunds for partial periods. Founder pricing is locked in for life as long as your subscription stays active.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Kora available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We disclose data lineage and refresh times so you can judge for yourself.
No warranty, limited liability
Kora is provided "as is." We're not liable for decisions you make based on the data shown. See the disclaimer for the long version.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll let you know by email or in-app notice before it takes effect.
